We want you to be fully satisfied with your Nordic Socks; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the socks are unworn, in their original packaging, and securely placed inside a shipping mailer with the provided return slip.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
